Cards Terms and Conditions

1) Sparky’s Card is valid in all Sparky's locations in the UAE , Except Sparky's The Galleria-Abudhabi.

2) The Card cannot be sold, or transferred, and cannot be refunded or used for other services.

3) The card’s balance is valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

4) Sparky's management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards , and AED5 will be charged for new or lost registered card as replacement.

5) VAT 5% applies.

6) Redemption points are valid for 6 months from the date of last use.

7) Sparky’s reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8) All promotions and offers are subject to change without notice.
